General Job Requirements:
Applicants must have prior experience in a busy commercial kitchen. A background in Italian cuisine and pizza is preferred, but not a necessity. A positive attitude and strong work ethic ARE necessities. We build our dishes from scratch, so prep is a large part of what we do. Our prep cooks must be able to follow recipes accurately and consistently. Line cooks and pizza cooks must be guest experience focused with a passion for making people happy through through amazing food!
Education Requirements:
We request that our cooks have 2 years or more of culinary experience in a busy kitchen.
