Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock food and supplies
- Cut, chop, mix, and perform other prep work
- Prepare sauces
- Grill, fry, sauté to specified recipes and standards
- Comply with food sanitation requirements
- Handle food properly and ensure correct storage
- Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of shift
Line Cook Qualifications/Skills:
