Line Cook Warren Trafford Restaurant

General Job Requirements:

Warren waterfront restaurant has recently reopened after 2+ years of fire reconstruction. We're hiring skilled line cooks to join a new back of house team. Work in a brand new, scratch kitchen with a fun yet professional team. Great place to learn and grow.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up and stock food and supplies
  • Cut, chop, mix, and perform other prep work
  • Prepare sauces
  • Grill, fry, sauté to specified recipes and standards
  • Comply with food sanitation requirements
  • Handle food properly and ensure correct storage
  • Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of shift

Line Cook Qualifications/Skills:

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to two years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook
  • Experience with various cooking methods and procedures
  • Familiar with industry best practices
