General Job Requirements:
We are looking to fill a few positions in our kitchen at The Pub! We offer competitive wages based off experience. Currently our kitchen hours are: Monday-Thursday 4pm-9pm. Fridays 12:00pm-9pm. Satudays and Sundays 8am -9pm. We are looking for a breakfast cook as well as line cook/prep cook. During the summer we open earlier on the weekdays so there is the oppurtunity to work more!

HERES WHAT YOU DO:
- Efficiently prepare food items while following our recipes and presentation specifications
- Learn our serving portion sizes, monitoring product freshness, and all basic meal prep procedures used
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Ensure the kitchen, food prep areas, and food storage areas meet the restaurant cleaning standard
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with the cleaning, organizing, and restocking items throughout shift to be ready for peak times
- Ability to stand on your feet for 8 hours and lift 50 lbs.
- Quickly complete opening and closing duties each shift ensuring you and your team are set for success.
- Follow all policies and processes communicated by your Manager/Shift leader.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:
16+ years old It is expected that you provide accurate availability; check schedule regularly and have consistent attendance.
