General Job Requirements:
Ellie's in Providence's Theater District is currently has a line cook position available Wednesdays - Sunday between the hours of 7 am to 4 pm. The focus is on creating seasonal New England savory selections for our Parisian-style eatery. You will work under the Executive Chef of Gracie's. This will give you the opportunity to build a foundation of techniques, work with incredible products, and grow within your craft. Being a part of a "People First" company that sees each employee as a valuable key to our collective success.
Education Requirements:
Successful candidates should be passionate about the culinary industry and must have worked a minimum of two years in the industry as a cook. The candidate should be motivated, organized and efficient, and works well in a team setting. This position will mostly involve tasks on our breakfast and lunch line upstairs.
