Ellie's is open Wed.-Sun. for breakfast and lunch as well as Thurs.-Sat. for our newest "Dessert Le Bar" concept, confections, cocktails and coffee. Any team member who applies for this role would also be asked if they have availability to help plate desserts during these evening into PM shifts to fulfill hours. This is a team-oriented atmosphere - reliability, adaptability, and cooperation are essential. Technical knowledge of pastry production, using a dough sheeter, bulk dough scaling, batch baking, and organization is a must. Always looking for candidates who have a strong sense of cake decorating as well as we have a busy events season coming up with many bridal clients. Shifts may begin as early as 5 am depending on the day of the week and mid-shifts available if interested in working Dessert Le Bar plating. Tuesday-Saturday schedule is also available based on scheduling needs and production.
Education Requirements:
The ideal candidate possesses at least 1-2 years of pastry production experience.
