General Job Requirements:
Position begins in mid May and goes through Columbus Day Work with well established management team - this is a great job for someone with restaurant experience looking to learn management or someone with management skills looking to be a part of this fast paced environment. The National employs almost 100 employees each summer with staff from around the world. We are team oriented organization seeking someone willing to "be in the trenches" with the staff throughout service. Responsible for overseeing the restaurant during service - working with hosts, bus peoples, servers, bartenders and kitchen staff. Work with other managers on daily training Interacts with customers throughout the day. There is potential for year-round employment, spending winters at our sister restaurant in Naples, FL. Housing is available

Prior restaurant experience necessary.
