General Job Requirements:
The role of the Server is to create a warm and welcoming environment while delivering superior customer service. The primary focus of the server is order taking, table management, up-selling products, timely delivery of food & beverage to the customer, and intuitively responding to the customers' needs.
Education Requirements:
State approved alcohol awareness training certification Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high volume, casual dining environment Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with a strong sense of urgency. Commitment to gracious service with exceptional food/beverage knowledge
