General Job Requirements:
Siena Restaurant is now hiring a full-time general manager. Candidates must have at least 2 years of prior restaurant management experience in a full-service dining atmosphere. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and unflappable demeanor to manage one of our high-volume restaurants who can win over our customers and staff! Position is available at our East Greenwich restaurant. Candidates must have experience/knowledge in the following areas: Front of the House Operations Management. Human Resources (including hiring, training, scheduling, mentoring and terminating staff), Liquor inventory and cost management Working with POS systems Microsoft office (Excel and Word). Requirements: Candidates must have full availability and bachelor's degree. Meticulous attention to detail. Experience with POS systems and shift scheduling At least 18 months of restaurant management experience working as a FOH manager. We are looking for someone to establish strong relationships with our staff, clientele and owners.
