Marketing:
- Curate, create, and schedule compelling content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring consistency and relevancy.
- Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to drive innovation in content creation and engagement.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media insights and performance metrics to adjust strategies and improve online presence.
Catering/Events:
- Acting as a liaison between the business and customer throughout the event and catering process (pre-event, event, post-event) satisfying all customer needs, handling questions and concerns in a professional manner ~ this includes email, phone and in person communication, administrative work & documentation (including proposals and various order forms in the planning process), and staff meetings.
- Collaborating internally with the management and culinary teams to ensure accuracy of BEO (Banquet Event Orders) paying attention to details like food preferences, allergies & guest count, and ensuring the information accurately reflects what has been requested by the client.
- Coordinating with venues to ensure event space details are correct per client’s floorplans, and all catering guidelines and permitting are correctly followed by venue.
Skills:
- Previous restaurant experience
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Experience:
- Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Event planning: 2 years (Preferred)
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
