General Job Requirements:
- Basic knife skills, and understanding of the inner workings of a kitchen, good communication skills
- May reuire lifiting up to fifty pounds on a regualr basis, as well as constant need to stand on feet
- Working closely with the Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and several other members of the kitchen and front of the house staff
Restaurant experience:
- 1 year (Required)
- Candidate should have basic knowledge in the following fields, sautee station and salad and fry station
