Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspiring and motivating our team to deliver exceptional service with a smile
- Implementing creative strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue
- Cultivating a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes guests and team members feel right at home
- Thinking outside the box to develop innovative solutions to challenges
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers
- Ensuring operational excellence and upholding our high standards of quality and cleanliness
What do you bring to the table? Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality! You are a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and lead by example. The right candidate will have at least 3-5 years of restaurant experience and has proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager.
Education Requirements:
3-5 years experience as a restaurant General Manager or Assistant General Manager Willing to be involved in all aspects of service as needed
