Gracie’s Ventures Will Provide:
- Hands-on involvement with the leadership team and front/back-of-house operations as it pertains to line cook.

Key Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
- Daily organizational tasks, prepping for dinner service, getting mise en place ready. Plating during busy service. A minimum of 1-2 years of kitchen experience is required, with an interest in fine dining (in particular, working with fish and meat or on a g. manger station).

Education and Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 Years of Kitchen Experience
