- Daily Prep Work: Portioning, maintaining par levels, quality control, knife work
- Working line stations during service hours including Grill, Sauté, and Garde Manger
- Executing the cooking and plating of dishes consistently and efficiently to our high standards
- Maintaining food safety, sanitation, and proper storage standards
- Keeping stations clean, stocked, and service-ready at all times
- Communicating clearly with chefs and teammates during service
- Contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented kitchen culture
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Prior kitchen experience and/or culinary background preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Team player with a positive attitude
