Line Cook Providence Gracie's

Gracie’s Ventures Will Provide:

  • Hands-on involvement with the leadership team and front/back-of-house operations as it pertains to line cook.

Key Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:

  • Daily organizational tasks, prepping for dinner service, getting mise en place ready. Plating during busy service. A minimum of 1-2 years of kitchen experience is required, with an interest in fine dining (in particular, working with fish and meat or on a g. manger station).

  • Positive and professional communication with teammates and guests alike.

Shift Outlook: Wednesday-Sunday, Noon to Close. If in culinary school, MUST be available to work during school breaks or have flexibility, and be available to work during the summer. We are looking for a one-year commitment + from any candidate.

Performance Schedule: 90-day informal check-in, 9-12 month formal review

Education and Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year of fine dining experience
  • Culinary education is preferred, but not mandatory
