Key Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
- Daily organizational tasks, prepping for dinner service, getting mise en place ready. Plating during busy service. A minimum of 1-2 years of kitchen experience is required, with an interest in fine dining (in particular, working with fish and meat or on a g. manger station).

Shift Outlook: Wednesday-Sunday, Noon to Close. If in culinary school, MUST be available to work during school breaks or have flexibility, and be available to work during the summer. We are looking for a one-year commitment + from any candidate.
Performance Schedule: 90-day informal check-in, 9-12 month formal review
Education and Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year of fine dining experience
- Culinary education is preferred, but not mandatory
