- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in menu planning and ingredient preparation to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning of ingredients
- Support catering events and special functions with timely meal preparation and service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery during busy hours
- Follow all safety protocols, including knife skills and proper food handling procedures, to uphold a safe working environment
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Kitchen experience in a golf club setting, restaurant or fine dining setting, with strong food preparation skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Skilled in cooking methods, meal preparation, and food presentation
- Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving is a plus
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
