Line Cook East Providence Potowomut Golf Club

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist in menu planning and ingredient preparation to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning of ingredients
  • Support catering events and special functions with timely meal preparation and service

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Kitchen experience in a golf club setting, restaurant or fine dining setting, with strong food preparation skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
  • Skilled in cooking methods, meal preparation, and food presentation
  • Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving is a plus
  • Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
