We are looking for professional experienced line cooks to work a busy line, prep food and set up stations for success. The successful candidate will be able to work as a team in order to take care of our guests, and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
We are willing to train any individual that is motivated, dedicated and wants to learn.
Flexible hours, Dinner service only, closed most major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years)

Responsibilities:
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, preparing sauces etc.)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up station
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook, restaurant cook or prep cook
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
