Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment. Must be able to meet physical requirements, including prolonged standing, frequent lifting of food pans up to 50 pounds, and working in varying kitchen, warehouse, cooler, and freezer temperatures. Must pass a criminal background check.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Professional culinary/food service training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience in meal production or food service operations, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Certified Food Safety Manager credential required, with demonstrated knowledge and experience in food safety, sanitation, inventory management, food purchasing, menu planning, and large-quantity meal preparation.
